Terms of Use

By accessing or using EstateQube CRM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually. Annual Pro subscribers receive 1 month free. Fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to suspend access for non-payment.

You agree not to use EstateQube for spam, unsolicited messaging, or any illegal activities. Any violation of these terms will result in immediate account suspension.

You must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy. You are responsible for obtaining proper client consent for all messages sent through our platform.

EstateQube includes an optional AI Lead Qualification Bot and AI Studio content assistant, powered by third-party AI providers. When enabled, the AI Bot may communicate with your leads on your behalf via WhatsApp to gather property requirements. You are responsible for ensuring this complies with applicable communications regulations in your jurisdiction, and for disclosing automated communication to your customers where required by law. AI-generated content (including replies, descriptions, and extracted lead data) may occasionally be inaccurate — you should review AI-generated content before relying on it for business decisions. Conversation data processed by the AI Bot may be sent to third-party AI service providers for processing.

You retain full ownership of all your data (leads, notes, messages). We only process data to provide the Service.

EstateQube is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect loss, data loss, or business interruption resulting from the use of the Service.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
