EstateQube integrates with the Official Meta WhatsApp Business API. When you use this feature: - Messages sent and received through the CRM are stored in our secure database. - We do not use WhatsApp message content for advertising or share it with unauthorized third parties. - Message data is associated with your company account and accessible only to your authorized team members. - You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from your clients before messaging them through the platform.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account termination: - You may request a full export of your data in CSV, JSON, or Excel format. - We will delete your company data within 30 days of contract termination upon written request. - Some data may be retained longer if required by law.
